You’ll work directly with the founder (hi, I’m Katie) to repurpose, produce, and plan content that educates, entertains, and converts.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and concept ideas for weekly content across all platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, email, podcast, and blog.
Manage and maintain the content calendar (Notion or similar)
Write and/or edit social captions, email subject lines, headlines, and CTAs in our brand voice
Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcast transcripts or emails) into shorter content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and email
Copy/paste already-written newsletters to our website and format them as blog posts
Design and post weekly carousel graphics for Instagram
Coordinate and schedule weekly newsletters (via Wix)
Track content performance and suggest improvements
Collaborate occasionally with podcast guests or contractors (pending)
Bonus: Video editing skills for short-form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, LinkedIn clips, etc.) May be asked to support in video editing.
You’re a Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of experience in content creation for your own social channel
Are detail-obsessed, organized, and love working from a clean calendar and checklist
Have strong writing skills and can channel a voice that’s conversational, clear, and clever
Understand Instagram and LinkedIn content trends, especially for personal brands
Are proactive with ideas, execution, and experimenting with new content formats
Have a knack for turning one piece of content into five
Care about helping young women build their careers and thrive in corporate life
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Canva, Notion, CapCut, any video editing software, etc.
Basic design skills for social media (think: clean, minimal carousels)
Experience working with a founder-led brand or personal brand
Perks:
Remote and flexible schedule
Direct impact on a growing women-led brand
Access to the behind-the-scenes of building a digital business
Hourly pay, with potential for increased hours or growth
To Apply: Send your resume, 2–3 writing or social media samples (TikTok’s, Reels, Newsletter, blog post, or Instagram carousel), and a quick note on why this role is perfect for you to Katie@getacorporatejob.com
