🏢 Corporate Hack of the Week: The One-Line Pitch

If you’re heading into a meeting with someone senior—this hack is gold.

The higher up someone is, the less time they have.

So, before your meeting, write a one-line version of your idea.

Not a paragraph. Just one sentence.

Example:

"This is a proposal to reduce onboarding time by 30% without increasing costs."

Boom. That’s it. Now they’re listening.

Lead with that one-liner, then dive into the details.

This flips the dynamic and keeps their attention.

Try it for a month—and thank me later. 😉

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Let’s Talk Culture:

Let’s be real…

If you hate your job—it might not be the work itself.

It’s likely the company. Or more specifically, the people in charge.

Because here’s the truth:

There are no toxic jobs. Only toxic companies—or toxic leadership.

There are people doing the exact same job as you…

And loving it because their company actually values them.

Here’s a personal story:

I spent 6 years at my last company. And in those years, I held multiple roles.

Why?

Because the culture encouraged learning and growth.

That’s the #1 trait of a healthy workplace.

If you’re stuck in a toxic culture right now, don’t just jump ship—jump smart.

Start targeting companies known for happy, engaged employees.
